Cant load any apps including free ones I kept receiving charges on my cashapp from Apple that I did not make . I reported it and cash app had me close that account and open a new one . I have already removed that payment method from my device. But now when I try to load an app or anything like that it sends me to the payment method screen and declines me and then won’t let me load the app (including free ones) . How can I fix this?

Why is Apple attempting to charge for app that are free to download? Every time I try to download/redownload an app it asks me to verify my information, so I do. And when I put in my information correctly it says failed then on cash app it gives me a notification that Apple has tried to charge me. I’ve never had issues using my cash card for Apple until now. Please help. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

No error message just the new years opening screen

when I open it, it just stays on the “2023 Happy New Year” screen
