Screen share not working on Facetime

I turned my iMessages off, turned my FaceTime off and restarted my phone and then turned iMessages and FaceTime back on and screen share is an option again.

I’m having the same issue and I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled FaceTime and still can’t screen share. I haven’t seen any new information on this and would like to be able to screen share asap. Help please

It doesn’t work for me at all I called Apple and got no luck I tried to restart, reset got nothing and it’s so weird because when people call me I’m able to screen share and when I call the person I can’t screen share and it’s been like this ever since I updated to iOS 16

oddly enough my screen share worked earlier today but when we ended the call and called back sometime later it wasn’t working again.. I tried turning off the iMessage and FaceTime and restarting and unfortunately it didn’t work for me

Mine just stopped working out of nowhere. I have iPhone 14 pro max. 😤 it’s a big inconvenience especially when you use it often.

Same issue with my iPhone 13 mini. I use to be able to use it but can’t since 16.3. Funny enough it works just fine on my iPad Air (5th gen). I am really disappointed.

My GF calls me from her iPad and I answer on my MacBook and ScreenShare works fine there. It doesn’t work anywhere else for us, hoping this gets fixed right away.

Yesss same for me any other Apple device such as my macbook and iPad it works when it comes to my phone nothing I really hope they fix this

I had tried similar steps as BlueInsanity and mines seems to be working on iPhone 13 mini OS 16.3.1.

I just observed something so wanted to share. This issue appears to impact if I’m on a call with user who is also on iOS 16.3. I spoke to a user with 16.2 and it works for me. In addition, I’ve tried factory resetting(and restoring backup) but still no luck.
