Raw files couldn’t open at Mac Photos Mac Photos does not seem to recognize raw files from the new Sony a1 Mark II. Anyone can help?

RW2 (raw) support for GX880 Panasonic Lumix GX880 raw files cannot be viewed on macOS. For some reason the camera isn't in the list of supported devices. Called the support team that told me to check the issue with Panasonic but it's obviously an Apple issue. A similar question has been asked a few years ago with no answer. Thanks

Confirmed it is not supported in 11.7.3 by Finder or Preview.

FWIW, it's supported in Monterey 12.6.3. It may never be supported in Big Sur.
