Accessing human help. Apple charging my bank for no reason.

Have several charges ok my bank amounting to quite a bit of money over the past few months. Charged for nothing by Apple. I have done all the steps checking the purchase history and subscriptions. I have nothing to pay for and the charges are sporadic. How do I contact Apple directly about it as I have been going in circles trying? Very frustrating

That is probably not going to help. Here's why:

If Apple does NOT show the charges in your purchase history (how to access that is in the article linked above your username), it is likely that someone pretending to be Apple has gained access to your credit card number and is "spoofing" Apple.

In that case, only your credit card issuer can fix this. Apple cannot.

When that happened to us, the business was shown as Target Stores (US retailer) but they had no record of any purchases. Our card issuer AMEX had the purchases identified as fraudulent, forgave the debt, and issued my wife a new card number, all in just over 24 hours.

Put your card issuer on notice immediately of potential fraudulent use.
