Refund error

On January 30, I made a mistaken purchase in the App Store, I noticed it on the 31st and immediately sent a request for a refund, on February 1 I received a letter that the money was withdrawn, but I did not receive any charges to my bank card. I hope you can help me. Thank you for listening

You will have to contact the official Apple Support about that, only they can look into your personal data.

You can only successfully request a refund, if the money already has been withdrawn by Apple.
