Missing emails in Outlook

In Outlook, on my MAC or iPad only, when moving emails from my main "focused" inbox some disappear. Once I move them to a subfolder I created, the email disappears completely. I have to remember which folders I drug e-mails too, then go to that folder and manually sync it to get the email to reappear. I know there is some filtering options, but mine seem to be set on the correct ones. Did anyone else have this issue and have a fix? I am missing time sensitive tasks because I forget sometimes which folders had unread emails. I have tons of subfolders, so syncing everyone individually everyday is not an option :(

iMac 24″, macOS 13.1
