"The subsciption is already being used with a different Apple ID"

I have free subscription to Apple Music through my Verizon wireless service. Anytime I attempt to use Apple Music and sign on with my Apple ID it get the following error; "The subsciption is already being used with a different Apple ID". What can be done to find this phantom Apple ID supposedly using my free subscription to Apple Music?
