I cannot transfer my SIM and it’s not locked
I had xfinity unlock my SIM card from my old iPhone but cannot get my new phone, now associated with Verizon to register anything.

If your new phone is locked to Verizon, you will need to get Verizon to unlock the phone before you can use your Xfinity SIM in it.

You will need to get a new SIM card from Verizon. Give them a call. You might be able to have the Verizon Store do this for you as well.
Did you get the new phone from Verizon? If so they should have activated the eSIM in the iPhone 14. Did you ask Verizon to “port” your number from the old phone? If you want to keep the same number you have to do that.
If you had Xfinity on the old phone and you have Verizon on the new phone, why are you trying to transfer your SIM at all? That makes no sense.
Thank you for this. It's actually the opposite. I HAD Xfinity service and an old phone and just upgraded to a new phone and Verizon. Xfinity has unlocked my old phone from their service and nothing is impeding the SIM but my new phone still says "YOUR SIM IS NOT SUPPORTED."
I'm sorry to confuse.
I had Xfinity on my old phone. I have Verizon for the new phone.
I've transferred the number and cannot get my NEW iphone 14 to connect to the Verizon Network and keep getting the SIM error code.
I'm still confused, is your new phone from Verizon? Are you trying to put a Verizon SIM in your new Verizon phone?
