Home APP setup not working as we have 2 AppleTVs and 2 Home Pod minis

Home APP shows HomePods on my wife's screen and our Apple TVs on mine but we can not set up both on "Our Home"All devices are running 16.3 software. Home POD minis are showing but I can not add our AppleTVs to "Our Home"

From Add an accessory to the Home app - Apple Support:

Add your Apple TV to the Home app

Open Settings on Apple TV.
Select Users and Accounts. Make sure your name is selected under Default User and you've signed in to iCloud with the Apple ID that you used to set up your accessories in the Home app.
Go back to Apple TV Settings, then select AirPlay and HomeKit.
Scroll down and select Room, then choose a room or add a new room.

Do you have one home, or two? I suspect all devices need to be set up by one of you on one Home, to which the other party is invited to share.

I set up “Our Home” under family sharing which had the 2 home pod mini and tried to add the AppleTV but it does not offer the addition of the AppleTV. I may have to delete the HomePod minis and hope it allows the AppleTV.

After help from Apple support the issue was fixed
