Cannot receive text message replies from android phone users

This just started happening to my phone yesterday. I am not receiving text messages that people with android phones are sending me.

Step 1: RESTART your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Step 2: Contact your carrier, as text messaging is a carrier service
