I don’t see the microphone on songs when I’m on the lyrics page for a song. I’m trying to use the Sing feature. I have the latest update, and my phone is an iPhone 13 Pro and my iPhone has the needed iOS 16.2

According to the section title "If you don't see the Mic button" in this article: See lyrics and sing in Apple Music on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support you'll want to make sure the iOS is up to date. You mentioned that your iPhone is on iOS 16.2. The current version is currently iOS 16.3. We'd recommend updating the iOS to see if this continues.
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. Tap Install Now
