What adapter do I need to connect a USB SuperDrive to my MacBook Air M1?

I need advice please. I have a USB Drive CD from 2014 and cannot connect to my MacBook Air M1 2020. I'm confused by the many adaptors. Can someone please advise me ? Thank you

Hi Toni1123,

To connect your drive to your Mac, you can use an USB-C to USB-A adaptor like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Syntech-Adapter-Thunderbolt-Compatible-MacBook/dp/B07CVX3516/ref=sr_1_4?crid=Y90OPS8SFXYM&keywords=usb+c+to+usb+2.0&qid=1675379841&sprefix=usb+c+to+usb+2.0%2Caps%2C186&sr=8-4.
