I recently updated my Iphone and tried to backup on my computer and I loss all my data and now that I have my phone back functioning, it does not recognize my apple watch. Watch works fine but not connected to phone, Tried pairing however phone cannot find watch. On the cloud both can be found.

What is happening when you try to pair the watch. When the Watch app has you hold the camera over the watch screen to pair, are you getting some sort of error message? If so, what is the error message?

If you lost all the data on your iPhone, then it sounds like you erased or restored it. If that's the case, that would remove the pairing of the watch and you'd need to reset the watch to be able to pair it with the phone again.
