IOS 16.3 won’t let me update. Saying 3.33GB of storage is needed to update when I have 3.6 GB remaining? So I have enough storage but won’t let me download. I have the iPhone 12, any suggestions? I’ve turned my phone on and off several times and cleared all my apps.

Low Power Mode is On.
Charge the iPhone & wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).
The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.
Then you can perform the update.
