I recently bought an Apple product and got a 30 days of Apple TV+ for free. I can now watch shows on my phone but when I log in to my account on my Roku I am only able to get a free 7 day trial - the system is not recognizing that I currently have a 30 day trial. I don't want to get the 7 day trial then lose the 30 day offer - what do I do? Thanks.

Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app on Roku, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), using the Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription linked to it. Then the app should recognize your full access to the service.

I am already signed in, I can see my name and email address. It’s just the offer that is not registering. It doesn’t even show up in “manage subscriptions”
