emergency number

is there a way to set the emergency number the watch will call in a fall or wreck to something other than 911? my wife falls some times but we don't ever need the ambulance. if I know I can be there in 5 minutes

Unfortunately, Fall Detection doesn't work that way. The only option is to call local emergency services. After it has made that emergency services call it can message any emergency contacts that have been set up in Settings>Health>Medical ID on the iPhone that the watch is paired with.
