After some time on call, my screen doesn’t wake up. And remain until second person disconnect call.
on call, whenever I try to disconnect call from my side, screen remains black. No matter how much I try to click lock button or tap on screen, nothing happens.😑

Do you use a case on your iPhone? If YES, then remove the case and see whether that resolves the issue. Some oversized cases affect the proximity sensor on your iPhone which then fails to detect that you have removed the iPhone away from your face and activate the screen. NOTE: Sometimes a badly installed screen protector can also cause the same issue.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Thanks for reply. I’m not using an oversized case nor bad screen guard. But still facing same problem.
I can’t force restart it everytime when I disconnect a call Because My phone start responding after call ends.
I think it’s a software problem.
