Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top): Here, you will see all the devices that are logged in to your Apple ID. Find the one that does not belong there. Tap on it and remove that device.
Change the Password to your Apple ID by opening Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ Password & Security ➡️ Change Password.
