We are other users and do not work for Apple. They use third party companies for trade ins so we have no info at all. You will need to check with Apple or wait to hear from that company; it can take a while.

Apple sent you a box to send it in? You noted where you sent it and wrote down the tracking number? You can check when and where it was delivered and then wait for them to check and inspect it and email you the info.
