Is there any way to change my icloud email address?
Is there any way to change my icloud email address, or do I need to delete the account and create a new one?

You cannot change it, but you can create and use an alias instead following Add and manage email aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support
As for deleting and creating a new one, if this ID has any apps, music, etc. purchased/used under it you will lose access to that data as well.
