Why does my new Apple Watch Series 8 keep pausing during workouts? This occurs indoors in treadmill or during dumbbell and calisthenics as well as outdoors. I have disable both the Auto pause and the press to pause features. I have o my been able to complete one workout (walking) without having to press resume over the course of the last several weeks.

Auto psuse only affects running snd cycling anyway.
Make sure the Watch is snug fit - you should get pinkie between strap and wrist but not easily your thumb.
