One option is to install parallels, I have used in the past and it works very well. Check with them before moving forward, you will also need a copy of the Windows Operating System you want to use.

If using an Apple Silicon Mac, you cannot run any Windows applications on it in any way at this time.

If you are using a 2019 Intel 16" MacBook Pro, then you can install Windows in a virtual machine as suggested above or via Bootcamp, and run the Windows application directly within the Windows environment.
