Apple family plan question

Hello, my family and I use the Apple Music family plan and my younger sibling who is 16 doesn’t have access to the music even though we have granted him access. Can you please assist on what we can do to grant him that access?

What happens when he tries to access the Apple Music subscription?

What exactly have you done to grant him access?

What happens when he goes to Settings ➜ Family ➜ Subscriptions? Does the Apple Music subscription not appear there?


Have you added his Apple ID do the family group?
