Hello, my family and I use the Apple Music family plan and my younger sibling who is 16 doesn’t have access to the music even though we have granted him access. Can you please assist on what we can do to grant him that access?
What happens when he tries to access the Apple Music subscription?
What exactly have you done to grant him access?
What happens when he goes to Settings ➜ Family ➜ Subscriptions? Does the Apple Music subscription not appear there?
Have you added his Apple ID do the family group?

Have him sign out of his Apple ID and sign back in at Settings ➜ Account (top of settings) ➜ Media & Purchases
Also, it would be important to know exactly what the sees when he opens the Apple Music app and goes to the "Listen now" tab.
Hello, yes. So we grant him access but when he goes to settings -> family -> subscriptions it shows he has no subscriptions but from our end when I see my family I see he does have access.
