Unable to log into Nike app on iPhone or website

My Nike app on my iPhone does not let me log in, it sends me a code but I do not receive it on my email. I checked spam, my internet connection - no code.

How do I fix it so that I can use the app

Any update on this fix? Having the same issue. Every time I try to log in it just kicks you back to the log in screen. Can’t access the app.

Hi, did you find the fix for this? Mines been happening for a week now, seemed to have tried everything but still no luck!

I think i might have solved the problem on accident! If you have the Snkrs app do a search. I typed in Hello (searching for the Hello Kitty Air Max’s). It will say No Results and right below it, it says Search Nike.com. When i clicked Nike.com it opened my Nike App and went through. Ever since then i’m logged into the app. I hope this works for you guys.

Hey guys I had the same issue and what I found was that I had the issue with nike.com and the SNKRS app so the fix I found was that for some reason I was logged in on the Nike app and I changed my email by just using a capital letter at the beginning of my email and changed it and this fixed my issue I was able to log in everywhere after this and received the emails with the codes every time!! Hope this helps!

i got the same problem. it sent me a code but i have never received it on my email. have u fixed now?

This works!! change the first letter of your email address to a capital letter e.g Smith@yahoo.com instead of smith@yahoo.com when signing in and it sends you the email!! Brilliant!!

I’m able to sign in though Safari but im having the issue you mentioned using the app. I contacted Nike and they said they’re working on it. Its been over a month.

I open an account on the 13th of September and I mistakenly deleted the niki app yesterday Buh I tried signing in it keep opening another account for me but I cant go streaming until I retrieve my old account can you help me please
