Unable to log into Nike app on iPhone or website

If anyone is having issues receiving the code then try this as I just managed to solve the mystery. I must have pressed block on a previous email from Nike, so they were going straight to my trash folder. If you find them in the trash folder, just open the email and press unblock. Also, go into your phone settings > mail > blocked sender options, then change this to ‘leave in inbox’ and it should stop it from happening in future if you accidentally block anyone. Hope this helps someone as it was driving me mad!

I think i might have solved the problem on accident! If you have the Snkrs app do a search. I typed in Hello (searching for the Hello Kitty Air Max’s). It will say No Results and right below it, it says Search Nike.com. When i clicked Nike.com it opened my Nike App and went through. Ever since then i’m logged into the app. I hope this works for you guys.

I tried from my laptop. The issue for me was that the time on my computer was wrong. I went into settings, toggled date and time set automatically, off then on, and re-tried to login. Then it worked. Hope this helps

I was having the same issue, I deleted and reinstalled app with no change. I just restarted my phone and it started working again.

Solution : my VPN was ON and when is ON dont let me log in… just OFF everything is fine

This works!! change the first letter of your email address to a capital letter e.g Smith@yahoo.com instead of smith@yahoo.com when signing in and it sends you the email!! Brilliant!!

I got mine fixed. I change my google account in chrome that matches with the gmail account on my nike app. After that i got logged in smoothest! Hope it will also fix yours

Hey guys I had the same issue and what I found was that I had the issue with nike.com and the SNKRS app so the fix I found was that for some reason I was logged in on the Nike app and I changed my email by just using a capital letter at the beginning of my email and changed it and this fixed my issue I was able to log in everywhere after this and received the emails with the codes every time!! Hope this helps!

If ur vpn is on, put it off…then will work

I have solved my issue by luck I guess! I change the originating country when asking for the link and I received the link instantly, used it and logged in so far.

This worked for me - changing the originating country.

I’m able to sign in though Safari but im having the issue you mentioned using the app. I contacted Nike and they said they’re working on it. Its been over a month.
