I'm using the iCLOUD for back up. How to I turn off the Time Machine on my iMac with MAC OS Monterey Late 2015 model. Time Machine is

Would follow previous advise First.
iCloud is Only a Conduit to place files in iCloud and Allow all your Other Devices to access the same files.
Changes done on 1 Device is reflected in iCloud and all other devices will see the changes.
iCloud is neither designed or intended to be a Storage Location to Off Load files to make space on the internal Drive. Or to Archive unused files
That is best left to some Other Cloud based Storage Service or better still an External Drive
iCloud isn’t a backup.
You can turn off automatic backups in the Time Machine System Preferences. Removing the backup disk will further disable it
