Calls on other device on iPhone active but won't work.

 Calls on other devices on iPhone not working. I have selected to receive calls on my MacBook and iPad (all devices updated to the latest iOS and signed in to the same Apple ID.) I also tried toggling the calls on other device switch on and off but it won't work. Any help will be much appreciated.
