iOS 16.3 Screen Record 90fps Touch Response Delay

I am using iPhone 13 pro max, running on iOS 16.3, while playing pubg on 90fps, it runs smooth, but when I start the screen recording the fps drops down to around 30-40fps, the touch response gets delayed. Please fix this issue, I am unable to play 90fps with screen recording on.
