Can’t set a new passcode or face id

I am unable to set a new passcode or face id, as the option has disappeared.

MISSING FACE ID & PASSCODE SOLUTION Settings --> Screen Time --> Content & Privacy Restrictions --> scroll all the way to Allow Changes: Click Passcode Changes and click Allow. Problem solved!!! saw it on you tube @ techinical beardo. you're welcome!
