Why are my favorites and tag items frequently disappearing from my Files app on iPad and iPhone?
For a few days now, iCloud Drive favorites have been disappearing frequently from the Sidebar in the Files app on iPad. After a while, they reappear, then they disappear again.
I tried to unfavorite folders and re-favorite them, but I cannot even unfavorite folders on my iPad when this happens.
When this happens, tag items are also not shown (wheres the tags themselves are shown in the Sidebar).
I‘ve send multiple bug reports to Apple.
The problem still exists after updating to iPadOS 16.3 and after removing the OneDrive apps from all off my devices.
After adding tags to the favorites, they re-appear in the Sidebar (temporarily, before they disappear a few hours later).
Has anyone experienced this problem as well? What can I do to solve/avoid this problem?
