Find My Iphone not able to "Chime" a missing Device

Find my Iphone is finding my devices, but I no longer have the ability to "chime" to find them. All I am getting now is the device info serial number etc. I've checked to make sure all settings are current including making sure "find my iphone" is on as well as Location Services. Wasted time today looking physically for my Iphone because I couldn't make it "chime" or "ring" using Find my Iphone from my Ipad. I'm running IOS 16.3. Anyone else had issues with this since the latest update? Thanks!

Please verify you are using the correct steps outlined here: Locate a device in Find My on iPhone - Apple Support

Be aware, it says you can play a tone for devices with your Apple ID, but to find others, you need to use iCloud.com: Play a sound on a device with Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support
