Is there a way to change the workout complication symbol on the Apple Watch Ultra (Ocean)?
I'm NOT asking to change the complication itself. Basically what I want to do is change the workout complication symbol from a runner to a bike, same as the Trail version of the watch. Is this possible?

That will not be possible as the presented symbol represents all workouts before choosing, and that is the symbol Apple chose for these watches.
