How do i download macOS 13.2 for my M1 Macbook Pro? It does not show up in the System Update, even though it has been available for my Intel MBP

I reached out to Apple Support who sent me a link to a page that forced the System Update to download the new version. I thought it would just download an installation file, but it actually opened System Update and started the download.
Try toggling Automatic Updates. If it's off, turn it on then off. If it's on, turn it off and back on.
You might need to log out and back in before you toggle it back to where it was.
