Why doesn’t Siri have Welsh or Scottish accents or language?

There's so many accents in the word and those are just accents. Even for Switzerland with its dozens of dialects, and four languages I believe on German is offered in the Store.

Apple appears to only offer the dominant language for each of its country stores and there's only one store for the UK.
