"The requested URL was not found on this server"

I have now had 4 different calls with apple support and 3 in person visits where they have done a front end replacement. NOTHING has helped. iPhone 12 mini.

I get the above message "The requested URL was not found on this server" on Apple Music randomly in the middle of songs (some downloaded, some not, all different songs) and then my phone glitches and the only way to stop it is to reset the whole phone from new. I have reset this phone at least 12 times in the last 8 months. When I say it glitches I mean that all of a sudden people can't call me, my phone tells them that there is no user associated with the number. The message app quits working. The music app will all of a sudden only play songs halfway. Apps crash more often. All of the apple techs I have talked to say they have never seen this message even though I have screenshots of it, and they say they can't help me. The phone was 3 months old when it started doing this and now is sadly out of warranty. I tried to get apple to replace it several times but since they refuse to find anything wrong with it, they can't.

Has anyone else seen this message?? It is a pop up window and the only button to hit is the "okay" button below it. This message is the bane of my existence and I am currently having to reset my phone yet again because people are not able to get ahold of me. *also not my cell service, I have talked with them too and have upgraded plans and my service is great, it is an apple issue not a tmobile issue.

Any advice appreciated, I am at my wits end and really done with apple techs telling me nothing is wrong.
