Logic Keeps Crashing When using samples along with splice

I'm currently on the new version of and I am running Apple M1 MAX, sometimes i can be in the middle of work and Logic freezes and closes. This is very frustrating as it is slowing down my work, other times when i am using samples from splice or so, Logic rearranges all my samples, my samples for claps some how all gets translated to kicks, so when i'm playing my work all i hear is kicks from different tracks instead of hearing the different instruments I sampled for each track.

This is very terrible and I am on the verge of looking for other options. I was under the assumption M1 MAX was suppose to be fast, I have attached some of the screen shot of the frustration I am dealing with logic. As you can see it has even wiped my Stack of claps clean.
