Ghost touch on Iphone XR

Hi!

I updated my Iphone XR recently to the newest IOS version 16.3. Since the update to IOS 16.2. I've been facing problems with my phone. The screen moves around independently and it has been really hard to use because I have not been able to send messages or use any apps. Have anyone else had this problem?

I have already restarted my iphone several times, restored settings and cleaned my screen. But nothing has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions what I could do next because now I cannot use my iPhone at all because it is so messed up?

Or could the be an update to fix these common issues?
