Iphone 13 pro max zoom issue
Good afternoon,
I have an iphone 13 pro max. I noticed the zoom won’t allow me to go past 5x. My girlfriend has the 13 pro and took the same photo and was able to zoom in to 12x. Why is this?

We'd like to know a little more about your issue so we can provide the best answers and resources. You mentioned that your camera zoom only goes to 5x, while your friend's iPhone 13 Pro goes to 12x. Do you see these numbers when zooming in to take a picture or another time? We ask because the optical and digital zoom in for both of these models is as follows:
- 3x optical zoom in, 2x optical zoom out; 6x optical zoom range
- Digital zoom up to 15x
