iPhone safe mode?

We'd be happy to answer your question. There's no such thing as safe mode on iPhone. This is only available in macOS and allows you to boot up your Mac with the absolute bare minimum in a way to isolate issues further by ruling out certain third party apps and extensions from loading up at startup.
