My screen is going crazy and highlighting every thing and I won’t stop
My iPhone is highlighting everything on the page and will not stop and it’s speaking everything that’s on my screen over and over

Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver and there turn it off. Or ask Siri to do so. Or triple click the side button. I would also recommend updating to iOS 16.3 for new features, battery, speed and security improvements.
