13 Pro Max slow data performance

So my iPhone 13 Pro Max is on iOS 16.3 and I have fiber internet with a wi-if 6 mesh network and Verizon’s top unlimited plan with good LTE/5G coverage. I say this to establish that speed of the networks I’m using are probably not the issue.

I have noticed recently that my phone has been sluggish when loading in videos and some web pages. When before I never had any loading or buffering, it is now becoming much more common.

I have reset my network settings, did a soft reset of the device, and am going to try a new SIM card. But barring that, is there anything else that could be causing my network speed hardware-wise?

I also have AppleCare on my phone but obviously would like to avoid using it if possible.
