Hello - for the past few months I have started to get apps delete themselves from my phone. This is nothing to do with offloading. The apps in question are completely uninstalling themselves. The strange thing is that they are all “health” related apps. I’ve asked the developers but they are all mystified.
Anyone else seen this at all? It’s driving me nuts.

Seems if your iPhone iOS is short on memory / space in which to operate, it may sometimes delete things that are easy to replace, in order to keep functioning properly for your use.
You might want to check your iPhone has plenty of space available:

Best to back up everything safely, if iPhone is short on storage space.
Then, if needed: See: "Manage space on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch"

Guess those uninstalled apps have contributed to the space available.
PS: You might want to check if you have "Offload Unused App" enabled :
Settings > General > iPhone Storage
No - nothing to do with offloading either. I don’t have that enabled. The apps in question completely disappear. I have to go back to the App Store to re-download them. The strange this is that they are all “health” apps.
Thank you brbo. However, it’s not this. The phone has over 60Gb free!
