120FPS Issue dropping to 60 in games

The iPhone 13 Pro/Max and 14 Pro/Max has a 120Hz bug in games, It’s been a year since the 13 Pro has released and there has been this bug in Unity engine as far as I can tell (perhaps Unreal engine too but not sure) where the phone spikes between 60FPS and 120FPS in almost every game as far as I can tell (Critical Ops, CoDM, Genshin Impact, League of Legends: Wild Rift, etc…) but in games like PUBGM and Apex (made using Unreal Engine) which run on 90FPS and 80FPS, it’s stable, no switching back and forth between 60FPS and 80FPS/90FPS, in Critical Ops (made using Unity) if you set the FPS to 90FPS or 120FPS it’s unstable unless you restart your phone and check (sometimes you get stable 80FPS-120FPS or you have to restart many times until your FPS is 100% stable (very rare)), even if you manage to get stable FPS It only stays that way unless you update the game or your phone (because it requires restarting your phone), install a beta version of that game or reinstall the game (Critical Ops only, I haven’t tested other games. Also most games do not support 120FPS because the implementation is different than every other device and the developers aren’t aware of this).

I request to Apple developers to investigate and fix this issue.

I’ve seen some people who have no problems running at 120FPS in any game but after updating their phone, reinstalling, updating or installing a beta version of that game it becomes unstable.

I’ve explained the issue with all the details I know, this is not an issue with my wifi, or device settings, I do not use Low Power Mode and do not have Limit Frame Rate option on in Settings, It’s also not because the phone is too hot or the battery is low or that It’s not charging while I’m playing.
