My static, rattling and noise cancellation EarPods has just expired warranty about two months. Apple would not replace the earbud.

Apple wouldn’t replace my left earbud because my warranty expired.

Yeah, well if your warranty expired, then pretty much the only other option is to buy a replacement AirPod yourself (about $90 for a single AirPod Pro):

If you happen to have the AirPods Pro (1st generation), it's worth checking to see if your AirPod qualifies for this refund for defected AirPods Pro (1st generation):
