On my iPhone 13 PRO I am no longer getting any Notification sounds. In settings, it shows I should be getting sounds, and I've set specific sounds for mesages, messenger, etc. I do get a banner at the bottom of the screen. So I never know if I have a notification unless I look at my phone. Missing lots of messages because of this.
What could be causing this?

Thanks, I did find do not disturb, but I can't figure out how to turn it off. When I tap it, it only says ON, and gives me a bunch of options such as turn on automatically.
I show no screen time restrictions. But how does that keep me from hearing notifications?
What I see is that I AM getting sound notices when the phone is active, but once my screen goes off, there are no sounds for notifications. And no vibrating either.
So how do I get to HEAR these notifications when phone is asleep?
Is Do Not Disturb on by any chance? How about screen time restrictions?
