Does Advance Data Protection also provide a privacy screen? In other words if someone is able to dial into your device do they see a blank screen or are they able to view what you’re viewing? Not everyone knows this technique in Windows but it’s doable.

That is not its purpose. Read about it here: How to turn on Advanced Data Protection for iCloud - Apple Support and here: iCloud data security overview - Apple Support.

Advanced Data Protection protects your iCloud data. It is unrelated to screen sharing, which requires your explicit consent: Share the screen of another Mac - Apple Support

Understood….

However, I don’t necessarily agree with the comment that one requires Explicit Consent to access your system:

Of course they do. Fomenting fear and discord is their business model. It's a highly successful and enormously lucrative one. Hopefully that does not come as a surprise to you.

You don't have to play that game. You have a Mac. Malware does not get installed on one without your explicit consent. Read Effective defenses against malware and other threats - Apple Community.

In any event that sordid subject has nothing to do with Advanced Data Protection for iCloud.
