With Apple TV can the 4 devices stream different channels at once?

Each app/content provider will have its own limits for simultaneous streams.
TV provider apps may have one limit of all channels within that app, which differs by TV provider.
The Apple TV app has limits per in-app channel. Download and stream shows and movies from Apple TV+ and Apple TV channels - Apple Support. For Apple TV+ the limit is 6. For other channels the limit might be 3 for each.
Users will get a warning notification when the limit is reached.
