No Internet Connection in Iphone and IPad after entering manual dns

Hi Community, this is my first post/question in the community, I hope I'll get my issue resolved.

I have Adguard installed on a Raspberry Pi and trying to block ads. I replaced my Netgear router's DNS with Adguard address which is an IP such as 192.168.0.21 which is static IP, I also updated ipv6 DNS as well. My windows and Linux computers are working fine, those are using custom DNS 192.168.0.21, however, apple devices (iPhone 11 and Ipad 9th generation) are not blocking ads. When checking Wifi properties I can see both ipv4 and v6 custom DNS as well as the ISP provider's v6 DNS under the configured DNS. By default, it was "Automatic" and the internet was working but it was not blocking the services that it was supposed to do. Then I changed the configuration to manual and deleted ISP's DNS and my internet stopped working. Below the Wifi name, I see a yellow message "No Internet Connection". How can I connect to the internet with a manual DNS? Thank you for your help.

The problem is the manual DNS you have entered is not properly resolving names.

The "No Internet Connection" does not really mean that, what it means is your phone tried to connect to an address and failed, in this case because DNS failed.

You may want to check your Adguard log and see which addresses it blocked on behalf of your iPhone; one or more may be needed for proper operation.

For example, if you have "iCloud Private Relay" enabled:

When I changed it to manual DNS and checked adguard's log it was blocking Mozilla, so I unblocked it. However, the internet still won't work when I change the DNS setting to manual.

I think Private Relay work with Icloud+ however I don't have I cloud+ subscription. I still added "mask-h2.icloud.com" and "mask.icloud.com" in the allow dns list. I'm still get No internet connection error whenever I change dns setting from automatic to manual. Looks like it's not accepting my DNS (192.168.0.21)
