I have enabled true caller under settings-phone-call blocking and identification - and checked Truecaller part 1-4.
However, when an unknown caller calls only sometimes does the phone identify the caller but most of the time it is not able to identify the name of the caller and nothing is displayed.
How can we make sure that the caller is identified every time???
