Low Data Mode

My iPhone is showing low data mode when I download but when I check it out the switch is on the off position ? So how do I amend this please

iPhone 13 says “Low data mode on” when it’s not Whenever I go to download an app I get the “Low Data Mode on” message. Looked up how to change it to “Standard” or “Allow More Data on 5G” mode. Went in to make the change and my phone is actually set to Allow More Data on 5G! 🫤 What is going on and how do I fix this low data mode message?
